I am continuing the fundraising by giving 10% of all my sales to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Last year I gave $25.00. Why do I do this? I have a grand niece who has Malan Syndrome.
First sale on Shopify came in yesterday. Yippee!!! I have had several for mugs but they went directly to the customer. Winter is coming but all we have had is rain. Does not help the mood either.
I missed posting last week things were a blur. Last week I had a great group of crafters and artisans from the east end of Ottawa, Orleans. I have been part of the group for a few years and have never been able to participate until now. Most of them knit and crochet which I do neither anymore so I worked on a diamond painting which is a surprise for someone special.
This Sunday Feb. 12 will be the grand opening of my new studio space and meeting area. I have been working to make this happen since October last year. I signed the Lease on January 6th and got the keys. Began moving in the next day.

The working studio is up and running. First booking has been organized for March 7 evening.
